2021 COVID-19 Office Guidelines

Here at CAC, we are dedicated to keeping our clients and staff safe and healthy at all times. Due to COVID-19, there have been some changes, as noted in our 2020 Newsletter. We are encouraging quick paperwork drop offs and limiting appointments to 15 minutes. We want to remind you that we are here for you! Our client relationships are extremely important to us and we want to make sure you feel comfortable with the tax process this year. We are always here to answer your calls and any questions you may have.

When you arrive to drop off paperwork, please call the office at 530-885-1426 to let us know you have arrived, so we can make sure the office is clean and we do not currently have a client in the waiting area. We are wearing our masks, and ask that you do as well. We sanitize surfaces and wash our hands in between every client! We have hand sanitizer readily available for your use, and masks if you need them.

If a phone appointment will work best for you, we ask that you call and schedule one when you are ready! We also ask that you have your paperwork to us at least a week prior to your phone appointment to ensure we are prepared for you and any questions you may have.
